Service upgrade for planned pool?

I have 150 amp main panel service. A generic load calc on my house is about 65 amps and rounded up gives me 80amps (2300 sq ft home with electric wall oven and stovetop and electric dryer). I planned on installing a 100amp sub panel for the the pool. The pool will have a VSP a heat pump and a SWCG, single light, and an aux outlet.

I assume if I was running everything in my house; dryer, two ovens, stove top, all lights, 4 window AC units, every tool I own, plus the pool heater, pump and lights, I would be close to exceeding my total main panel load.

I’m still in the planing stages with PB, but I’m trying to get a sense if I will need a service upgrade. Thoughts?

What are the amp draws for the listed equipment?
Would 60amp service suffice?
I would be leery of allocating 2/3 of my service to a sub panel.

I think the Approx max load is probably 70 amps, so I would need 80 amp sub I think. Here is some napkin math:
Heater 50
Pump 10
SWCG 8
Light <.5
Aux outlet 5 amps (depending on what is plugged in)

I can't see the new equipment at the pad drawing anywhere near 100 amps.. More like 40 most of the time..

It does not appear to me that you will need a Service panel upgrade.

Ahh...bummer I think.
Depends on electrical code for your area, but I imagine you need to upgrade the Main service

this is what I am thinking. The sub will need to cover the max amp load for all the equipment, which I think is over 60. 100 amp panel might be over kill, but if I do upgrade my main service later it might be nice to have that sub already in place to control whatever else I might want to put on it.
But as long as I’ll be good in the immediate without a service upgrade for a 100 amp sub I’ll be happy.
