"What's in it?" is my first thought.
"What's the point?" is my second. The first is the more important though, shouldn't add something to your water if you don't know what it is so you know what it might react with.

Also I just don’t see how water could get anymore moist?
Trying to help with the hard water feel when you get out! This was give to me as a sample. I’m really cautious about what I put in my water!!
Antifreeze and glycerin.
Try adding salt like folks who run SWGs do. You'll love the feel even if you're not using the SWG device.

So I read that as water, a little antifreeze, a little plastic, some silicone based antifoaming agent, and some smelly stuff.
Probably not dangerous, but not personally something I'd put in my pool.

Try adding salt. Edit - Yes. Salt water feels so much silkier when it dries on you.
You can start to taste salt a little over 3000 ppm. Keep it a tad under that and you’ll get all of the feel without the taste.

It works so well many posters don;t feel any need for a shower after swimming. Soft, silky water.
You'd want to first test how much salt you currently have (yes, you do!) and then add salt to take it up to about 2500ppm.
