can you tell me which one is easiest on the feet and is the difference noticeable?

I would, but I talked to the builder and I guess it’s very problematic here in California because of the slurry. Would probably delay the pool months at the very least

Was not happy with any of the Wet Edge pebble finishes. The serenity stone is more expensive than the highest tier primera stone... but make sure and ask your PB 'cause some appliers are still able to do all mini pebble (even though they don't have it on the Wet Edge site). That will be your best "feel" pebble.
We went with Primera Stone, since we have little kids and our pool is not deep at all ...
