Considered buying the $35 version online, but figured some PVC and tie-straps would accomplish the same goal. It also keeps the baskets from floating...

SMART and tidy! Does it fit under the lid?

Yep! I measured and cut the PVC to be just under the lid. This keeps the basket from floating, along with the added weight. Costs about $2 for both and took all of 15 minutes.
