new plaster streaked - is this how it is with plaster

Just for reference here is my 'almost' 2 yr old med Grey plaster that started out very similar to the OP's look. I have finally convinced the PB to redo the plaster. I do not believe they would have redone it just for the discoloration but that coupled with the footprints and spalling seemed to be enough.

I thought my August plaster job was pushing the limits on being too late in the season. November seems crazy. How were able to maintain the correct levels and do the brushing after the pool froze. I know my levels where way off in the spring after opening and that was closing late in november. I always wondered if that contributed to my issues.

Funny how these plaster companies work. I have the same "trowel marks" and was told that the hot weather was a contributing factor. Was given the option of draining and starting over or live with it.
is true, like Goldilocks, cannot be too hot or too cold; has to be just right
is too bad I did not know that in advance, but then

might be place for new TFP parameter page
do not replaster if temp < this or > that
