Recently we were gone for a week and the person we asked to keep our pool clean didn’t show up. The skimmer was full and I had to clean out the pump basket as well. Everything is clean now but the 3 return jets on the left side of the pool run continuously and a bit weak. It never switches to the 3 right side return jets or the 3 floor cleaning jets. We have no idea what to do to find out what the issue is and fix it.

Can you give us more detail? Is this an automated system that switches to different zones? Is it to clean the pool?
Can you fill out your signature so we know pool type, size, equipment, test kit, etc?

It typically switches from three jets at once on one side to the three jets on the other side at once, then the three floor jets one at a time, then back to the first side. I’m not actually sure how it work and thought it was just to keep the water flowing. Thanks for your help!

If you have an automated valve there is a little button at the bottom of it that may have been accidentally switched so it's not in auto mode....
