Is killing me. Any advice?

Can you describe how you have been SLAMMING?
Can you still see algae?
Have you tried the OCLT?
What test kit are you using?
What are your test results?
What does "3 tx's of Swimtrine Plus" mean? What is that stuff?

Following the SLAM procedure. Shock based on CYA chart. Taylor fas/dpd I think. And the other is a copper based algecide. I have mustard algae. Tx (treatment). We have done the OCLT. Twice and lost only 1.5 first time and 1ppm 2nd time. Pool is clear.

Except for the algae on the bottom and sides. Skimmer basket has pink algae on it. All equipment is in the pool. Thanks

Are you aware that water with high chlorine and high copper will cause staining on even vinyl liners? Which is what those pictures look like, that absolutely does not look like mustard algae. You have high chlorine that you raised to such levels against our recommendations. And high copper levels which you have added against our recommendations.

I am aware...however this is the same stuff I had before I added the copper and high chlorine. It actually looks better. It does move when brushed or vaccumed. Stain does not do that. I've been following this advice for 2 mths. Running pump 24/7 and keeping chlorine at levels recommended. It's 4th if July and have not been able to use my pool. As I said health problems are a factor in scrubbing 4 times a day 2 minimum.
