So, partially my fault....When I bought a salt water chlorinator they sent me a borate test kit, not salt … So I was testing borates and dumping and salt! Salt strips tell me I’m about 4200 ppm, but my RJ 60+ is telling me all over the place anywhere from 4600 to 3900. I’m guessing reducing by a bit would be helpful, to put me in the 3500 range. Will I lose salt with more swimming activity and sunshine and evaporation, or realistically should I be dropping the water levels by a few inches every day and filling up with water every night? It’s been a little chilly so we haven’t really had any swimmers in it until this weekend.
