Instant salinity reads correctly after Startup, then Drops to 0000

UPDATE: This morning I checked the unit and the Power and Generating LEDS were still lit (yay!) and the average salinity was reading 3000 - but - the instant salinity was reading 0000. Is that normal? Does it cycle on and off? I'm taking a sample to the pool store today to get tested.

That's good to know. If I may ask, how long do you run your SWCG? Does it run on a timer together with your pump?

During the season my SWG and pump stay on 24/7. Is that ok?

That is not a problem at all as long as the AC power to the SWCG is off when the pump is not running.

The pump and SWG are powered from the same breaker, so they're either both on or off at the same time.
