Filling now, when do we add salt?

Ok, we have started our fill. I never thought this moment would come.... I’m thinking it will take about two days to fill. I’m hoping the rain we’re expecting tomorrow will save on my water bill.... when am I supposed to add salt? I know to add bleach as it fills, but I’m wondering when to do the salt. Our water has a lot of chlorine, so I’m thinking it probably won’t need a tremendous amount of bleach.

You can add salt anytime. Same as the stabilizer. Need that too.

I JUST ordered my kit this am. It was such a crazy week, I went to the site probably 10 times, but each time I got busy & forgot. I know, I know, I’m ashamed.... I got the TF100, I think?

And adding the salt now will be ok, even if we don’t start the pump & stuff until Monday?

Good. Keep chlorine in the water DAILY. Start with 30 ppm CYA so you can manage the FC easier. Then when you get your kit, run all the tests and post them up.
