Just getting started in Frisco, TX

Thanks everyone! I am so ready for the mud to be over. My dogs are just killing me. I've got a synthetic grass guy ready to go, but I need the PB to finish the sprinklers and dirt work. When I ask for dates for when things will be completed, the response I get is "in the next few weeks".

Translation: "I haven't scheduled it yet because I don't have to pay my sub until the job is done so I am pushing it out as far as I can.".

Couple of minor updates. Sprinklers and dirt work have been completed. Synthetic grass is scheduled for install tomorrow.

Plaster might be possible next week??? Hopefully it will warm back up enough.

Of course with any progress there has to be issues. Whoever connected the gas to the heater must have forgot to bleed the air out of the gas lines. So for the last 4 days I've had to relight all of the pilots for water heaters and furnace. I thought everything was working fine as of yesterday, but woke up to a house temp of 59 degrees with luke warm water from the water heaters. PB got a nice text this am.

The only time I can get a non blurred pic of the dane right now is when he is laying down which is not very often! He's 7 months and still growing.

The dog run was really dark at night so I installed some solar motion LED's. Lights it up pretty well!

Really hoping for plaster tomorrow.

He looks like he is ready to jump up and start playing again! They are never still long.............all naps are good for is to recharge their battery for the next attack!

Plaster tomorrow???? I sure hope so! Make sure you are there to check the color is correct and any extra stuff you asked for is there as well.

In two weeks you'll be in that hot tub, gotta wait for the junk to get out of the water for two weeks, or else you could have heater problems.

Looks fantastic.

Make sure to check the chemicals daily, our pool company person who was responsible only came out a couple of times. The Ph was very high. Once I saw the Ph I immediately started managing the chemicals.

Been happy ever since :)
