Astral Equilibrium - putting in AI mode.....?

Apologies (as a layman with this equipment) I have been racking my brain over the astral website for the last few hrs and at my equipment.

As my recent water tests have Zero chlorine, I am trying to activate my mixing cell without success, whilst I have the viron set on daily timers - running 6-7 hrs in winter,

I cannot find an appropriate step by step instruction in the manuals or videos for the following Q's
I’m really keen to have the step by step instruction I can reference to for the future

Q.1 - How do I know if I am in AI mode…. / How do I turn AI mode on and off…..
(I cannot identify this through all the options/settings of my little Viron connect touch screen) unless I’m missing something…. nothing displays AI mode as on or off setting…..
I’ve gone through the Manual for the e-Quilibrium - pg 17 - 9.3 - I try to follow the steps but cannot access these same steps on the Equilibrium display panel at all
- I cannot get to a screen that references AI mode - on or off etc or to follow the steps per the manual……

Q.2 - Through the Viron touch screen &/or the Equilibrium - How can I get my mixing cell to activate / get cloudy - I cannot find a answer or mode to action this……
(I’ve turned my drop setting up, besides the point that my water testing results (strip test & clark rubber) have ZERO chlorine anyway

Aussie,

I am not sure there is anyone in the US that has your particular system, so an answer might be slow in coming... Let's hope one of your mates sees this and can respond.

Reading through your post was almost like reading a foreign language... :p As I am not at all experienced with your system.

I did take a quick look at the website and it appears that to have "AI' you have to have several added options...

eQuilibrium optional sensors 2 and 3, plus the AI option, plus the Viron /eVo Pump..

Just in case one of our Australian members respond... do you have all the necessary options?

Hang in there...

Jim R.
