Ah ha! A typo! The 16152 number means that it was bottled on the 152nd day of 2016. (June 1). That's nice fresh bleach. You're good! Now that you know what to look for, always pick the most fresh you can find.
Slams can take several days sometimes longer. There are posts on this site where people have slammed for weeks but in the end they win. Every time. If you have someone that can add small amounts often during the day even if they don't test, that will keep your FC up there till you can get to it and test. Better if they can test.

You can add 1/3 G morning and night (or so) until your reagents arrive. You don't want to go too high as that can bleach your pool surface.

I found a local store that carries it, but didn't have time to get there before closing. Will pick some up in the morning. Might be a good day to take off and baby sit the pool!

The easiest way to be able to post lots of pics is to create a Photobucket account (free), upload pics, copy IMG code to the right of the pic and paste it right into your post. That will embed the pic right into your thread.
I hope they have the large bottles. Regardless, get what they have and order more online. It will be much cheaper. The mark-up on reagents is usually crazy-high at pool $tores!
Since I have broomed and vacuumed the heck out of the pool, it is clean. Should I be backwashing during this process? I fear I will then have to refill, and "dilute" what I have going on in the pool.

Just to answer the question anyway. We recommend backwashing your filter when the pressure rises 20-25% above clean pressure.
Ok, sitting at 15.5 FC this morning, and pH of 7.6. Going to knock the pH down a bit with MA.

Leave the pH alone during your slam as it will read falsely high at FC over 10. No pic yet...
Just to reinforce not to test or adjust PH when FC is above 10, the test is invalid.

FC has been 15 all day with the exception of a short time when it fell to 12.5
