Ah ha! A typo! The 16152 number means that it was bottled on the 152nd day of 2016. (June 1). That's nice fresh bleach. You're good! Now that you know what to look for, always pick the most fresh you can find.
Slams can take several days sometimes longer. There are posts on this site where people have slammed for weeks but in the end they win. Every time. If you have someone that can add small amounts often during the day even if they don't test, that will keep your FC up there till you can get to it and test. Better if they can test.
Bummer. Did you order more right away? Check your other reagents so you don't run out of anything else.
You can add 1/3 G morning and night (or so) until your reagents arrive. You don't want to go too high as that can bleach your pool surface.
The easiest way to be able to post lots of pics is to create a Photobucket account (free), upload pics, copy IMG code to the right of the pic and paste it right into your post. That will embed the pic right into your thread.
I hope they have the large bottles. Regardless, get what they have and order more online. It will be much cheaper. The mark-up on reagents is usually crazy-high at pool $tores!
It's ^ up there!Leave the pH alone during your slam as it will read falsely high at FC over 10. No pic yet...
Just to reinforce not to test or adjust PH when FC is above 10, the test is invalid.
Got beer??? I think you meant FC? Hahaha!
That's great! How does the water look?
