Def going with a Weber.
Is the size the main difference between the Spirit E310 and the Genesis?
I want to get a cover too, so that really puts the Genesis over my budget.
Our current Weber is 25 years old and has had several part replacements over the years, still works but the heat is pretty uneven. Time for a new one. I appreciate all the Genesis recommendations, but I think I'm going to opt for the Spirit. You will often find Weber grills still in service 10-15 years after purchase.
This is for Father's day!I have the spirit also, if you can wait till winter walmart has them for 50% off(if they have any leftover)

This... Rated #1 by consumers reportsIf you could spend just a bit more, I highly recommend a Weber Genesis. Built solidly and Weber stands behind their grills with great customer service. They're more expensive than the other mass market brands but the extra quality is worth it. I used one for 8 years with no problems except the igniter before moving and getting a built in. You have to spend much more to get better quality than Weber.
