I have to agree on the ball valves. I used the same on my pool when I installed it and regretted it within a year. I would pay to have upgrades ones installed that can be broken down and replaced if necessary. But your pool looks great.
Yes everything is moving pretty quick! It's all coming together. Will probably be a hold up while we still figure out coping/water line tiles.That had to be a great feeling to get that done!!! SWEET!
Because the PB won't do them for free when the time comes. The unions are $17 each and the diverters are $50. Add in some new 90s and you're at $200 in parts and $150 in labor.For the ball valves/unions, is there any main reason to switch them out and install them now? Or let them run for a few years and replace/install as needed?
The shell has had 8 days of watering. We are supposed to get some freezing weather overnight tonight. Does the shell still need to be watered to help with curing or is 8 days good to go?
