Twice in the last two weeks my iAquaLink RS4 has lost its ability to communicate with the online or smartphone apps.
The first time I checked on iAqualink.com and the status was online and the App connected but would not display the Home screen.
Happened again today and again the status on iAquaLink.com is online but neither the Web app or smartphone app will connect.
I've doubly checked the WiFi and reset the unit and I cannot get app to RS4 connectivity.
I’m wondering if there are problems with the Zodiac/Jandy cloud servers and others have this problem? Very concerning with temperatures around freezing and I really need the system to work as normal.
