I have a Zodiac generator in my salt water pool and am not getting any chlorine. The Output light shows orange in the first position and the only other light is an orange in the Add Salt position - can't change the Output. The Salt is fine - about 3700 ppm. Probably need a new cell? I replaced the original (2012) with a new one in 2017. Still troubleshooting it.

What specific model SWG with what cell? Zodiac sells a bunch of different model SWGs.

I believe the model number is duo clear 60
I took the sample to pool store and the salt level was high due to me blindly adding more salt just to get the add salt light to go off (6000+ppm)

I hope you are not using the mineral cartridge in your Nature 2 system.

You also should get the K-1766 Taylor Salt Test so you have an accurate test of water salinity.
