Yellowish Green Liner Stain

Hi all,
We have this yellowish-green stain along the bottom perimeter of our liner. It has been there about a week. It won’t come off if I scrub or vacuum it. Alkalinity was low, so I increased it. I just shocked it. All chemicals are balanced.

I’m attaching a picture. Any help is appreciated by all you pool experts!
