I have a Hayward System. My pool is about 16 years old. My logic board is the GLX-PCB-MAIN. I’m gonna attach a photo. The number on the board is G1-066008N-1
My display board got wet and I had to replace it. The one I had was the GLX-PL-LOC-PS8 but I could not find one anywhere. So I purchased the GLX-PL-LOC-PS16. Now, it seems to me, all the extra Aux ports are not useful, so big deal. But now, it work perfectly, but I live with a “Check System” light always on.
The error I get is: “Exp. Unit Software PS-16 Comm Error”. The Main Software is Revision 2.93
So, here is my question. Is there a way to make this work? Or, do I just get used to the error message? I mean, it does function properly. I just always have the Check System light on.
