Side note. You lost a lot of FC before you closed because your FC was higher than normal maintenance level. At high levels it burns off faster.

Good to know. Is there a general rule of thumb or calculation that is done to give an expectation of how much chlorine is lost at a particular level?

I only had Calc 2, not even gonna try to figure it out. Too many factors, sunshine, CYA level, etc.
