Would love input on balancing my water & SWG question

I’m fairly new at testing with the new kit from tsp. My pool is fiberglass and 14,500 gallons with a salt generator. The water is clear. I plan to shock it tonight with the low chlorine level, but should I adjust anything else? I have a pentair SWG operating at 60%, which I could up. Any suggestions? We have a large family and use the pool at least 5-6 days a week.

What is your CYA?
Use the FC/CYA Levels chart to determine your FC level for your measured CYA.
Use liquid chlorine to increase your FC to the upper end of target range based on CYA.

If you maintain the proper FC/CYA levels, there is no reason to shock your pool.

Single speed or variable spped pump?
Pump run time?
