Worth Jandy pump replacement to variable speed and recommedation

I have Jandy one speed pump. I got rep from Pinch a Penny who fixed little leak issue by fighting pump ring. I was told that there could be $75 saving to change per month to buy multiple speed pump. I was told by rep that since I have Jandy control z4, it is better to stick to this and recommended Jandy E model pump.

Appreciate any recommendations and installation.

You will get better help if you Create Your Signature with your equipment. Do you currently have a FloPro 1.5HP pump? The Jandy ePump would be a possible VS replacement along with the Pentair Intelliflo. If you want a cheaper option you can also use the V-Green 165 as someone figured out a way to get it working with the Aqualink (see post below).
