Unfortunately, it will be winter before we know it. Is there a cover you would recommend for an above ground pool? The first one I had lasted 2 winters. Should I go cheap again knowing it will eventually fall apart? Should I spend some $ for a good one? Are they all cheap/disposable? My pool is 18x33.
Thanks in advance.

I paid $110 for a 24' round winter cover from Midwest Canvas (AmierMerc) in 9/2012. When I was cleaning it this spring, I finally noticed that it had some small holes in it that may have been passing decaying leaves into the pool. It has a 20 year prorated (4 year full) warranty. I will use it this winter, and then may retire it.

Am I exceptionally lucky with my winter cover, or are inexpensive one so much less? I now see that the same cover is $166 from InyoPools.
