This morning, I checked my pool, and entered the results into my iOS app. A bit later after reading the Wiki, I decided to add a bit of Calcium to bring the levels up just a little. Since my laptop was handy, I opened pool math (Windows11) and noticed that the home screen overview was showing data from two months ago. probably when the first time I used it. The overview is showing 2 months ago.

I checked the logs, and they are all current and match my iOS data. I logged out, logged back in, and no update. I logged out and logged back in with my username instead of email (just in case), and then finally, I removed and reinstalled the app, with no change.

It is not an existential crisis for me, because I don't use the windows app that often (well, hardly at all), but I did want to point it out. If anyone would like to try something, please let me know.

Is your app expired? It is a pay app.

I use my laptop with Windows 11 as well. Just added test results and my dashboard is accurate. Perhaps you could try clearing the cache on your laptop?
I removed the app and reinstalled from the windows store. I will see if I can find a cache though. One thing I'm not is computer illiterate... mostly.

Clearing the cache on your laptop could vary depending on which browser you use. I use Chrome, so I click on the 3 dots at the top right > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
Wait… that’s why I was confused.

I’m using the app from the Microsoft store. I clear my cache and most cookies when my browser closes automatically. Chrome (or your browser) shouldn’t have any impact on the app itself.

Before we jump on anything please note…….the Windows version is really buggy and hasn’t seen nearly the love it needs. Because of the very low sales it hasn’t been put front and center when the developer and I are working together so it maybe trial and error getting this to work. That said, Jon is in the progress of making some behind the scene changes with some things that we’re hopeful will update things, but we won’t know until after we push the next iOS and Android version out there. That said I’d like to address a few items,

I logged out and logged back in with my username instead of email (just in case),
Can you try to logout again and log back in? In theory this should force update things, just not sure why it’s not.

My app doesn't prompt me to pay until I go into it and it's already expired. Annoying actually.
The massive majority of users have it setup to auto-renew in the App Store as this is what both iOS and Android use as default. All subscription items are handled by the App Stores and behind the scenes we’re actually unable to alter a good bit of things. If I were to point you into a certain direction I’d say peak at your settings for the App Store and verify things are set correctly there.

@Leebo - after a few logouts and logins throughout the day when I had time, it finally updated about 5 minutes before this post.

I understand the volume surrounding the Windows app. This was only the second time I had used it that I recall, since I joined. I thought I'd let somebody know. My iOS app works perfectly... In fact, I probably test too much.

Thanks for everything you guys do to help us folks new and "unnew" learn. Happy to be a part of this community.

I found that my home screen presents results from logs dated the last time I used the windows app. If I go to logs, it shows the most recent logs, but if I go back to overview, it is still the old results.

If I switch pool (I have a test pool for helping users here, and a tap water pool with tap water testing results), then change back to my home pool, it picks up my most recent logs and presents them in the overview page.

Hope this helps. (@Leebo )

That is exactly the behavior I saw. Noted, thank you.
