Will Removing calcium from the tiles stain bottom?

I have pretty bad calcium buildup, I found that I can pretty easily remove it with a non woven drill mount quick strip disc. That is a tip for anyone reading.
However all the calcium chunks will fall into the water. I am worried about them staining the bottom concrete (Plaster?) from landing on it and sitting there.
Also I imagine this is going to raise the calcium in the water quite a bit. Any tips for what I should do to mitigate these issues? Really looking forward to having clean tiles for the first time since moving here.
Thanks!

I can't really answer your question, but I'm interested in how this works out for you. I suspect the effect of calcium in the water will be minimum.

Please post some before and after pics. Include a few of the tiles when dry. Also link the disc you're using.

The white spots on the bottom are stuck there. I assume I could vacuum after every session of de-calciuming the tiles, but i wanted to ask some experts to tell me what to do and not do.
Take a paint scraper and see if the white spots can be scraped off the plaster.
