White flakes only in corners not on waterline

Keep in mind, I am still a noob here. I will post my poolmath tests in a second.

I have had my pool stable for a month or two now with the water always being clear. I haven't had to add anything but stabilizer, salt, and muriatic acid.

Since I started, I have seen some kind of white substance in the corners at the bottom of the pool and in the spa. Sometimes it is easier to get off then other times. I don't get any white substance on the waterline.

My first reaction is that its probably calcium, but I would have though it would show up at the surface as well if that was the case. Thoughts?

CYA is actually in spec, I just forgot to log it. I think its about 80.
