What are these white flakes? And what are my next steps? I brush, vacuum and robot them up but they keep coming back. SWG, plaster.

Likely calcium scale thrown off from your SWG. Which it is designed to do as part of the plate self cleaning process.
Lower your TA to the 50-60 range and see if it goes away.

And BTW, your FC is too low for CYA 30 (we round up). It should be 3-6.
