Where is the thread on heating intex pools?

Considering whether it is feasible and safe to add a heating pump to my intex pool. There was a thread in the list of useful links that discussed how to do it right (properly bind all the metallic parts of the pool) but i cannot find it anymore. Was it removed for safety reasons or am i just not searching right?

Can anyone share the best method to do this?

We live in VA, and nice weather starts in May, but I'm trying to extend the open pool from April to November and squeeze a few extra months. Eventually we will get an above ground model (too many trees to go under) but our intex is still going strong...

Do you mean bond?
You will need to remove the paint from the frame on the posts you attach the bonding wire to. If you’re using an intex pump you will not be able to (nor need) as they are already double insulated & do not have a bonding lug like other permanently installed equipment such as a heater or standard pool pump. You will also need to bond the water somehow. Most do this via a plate or plug in the skimmer. Do you have a through the wall skimmer?
Here’s a pic for a better understanding.

Here’s a thread where adding a heat pump was discussed recently
Just like in that thread- you may not have a large enough pump to properly operate a heat pump. There’s also added electrical requirements to consider for a heat pump that may or may not be feasible/worth the investment for your situation.
Many with intex pools choose solar heating systems for these reasons.
