Where can you seek a specialist?

I desperately need to hire a Pentair macro programming wizard in North Atlanta metro area. I have a retractable cover and need the water feature disabled if the cover is closed, but still to cycle back in forth between pool and spa during the winter. It’s beyond my abilities and I need it idiot proofed before leaves fall and freezing temps get here. Wasn’t sure where to ask or if it’s even permitted.

I don't think this can be done in software with an EasyTouch. Does your auto-cover have a cable which changes state when the cover is open & closed? If so, you may be able to use that cable to open and close a relay which controls the water feature.
