When should I install new RJ-30+?

Pretty sure they are up already. We have see many reports of $5+ a gallon, particularly at HD/Lowes, compared to last year's $3.50-$4. let's hope they don't go to $6.

I bought LC at HD a couple weeks ago for $10 - 2 gal @ 10%. But that is definitely up from a couple years ago, and I'm sure it'll go up more and more.

any difference in LC between the commercially sealed jugs from homedepot vs the refillable 2.5gal jugs from the local pool store? last year before I switched to swcg, I think it was like $6 a refill, so less than $2.50 per gallon

The refillable kind doesn't sit on a shelf because whoever offers it has a large customer demand. Many places get weekly deliveries. So it's full strength *and* cheap.
