If this needs to be moved to another forum... Please let me know....

Pool is still not completely clear (but its getting there) and ran all my tests this morning and all is good with no OCLT since start-up... Filter is currently running with the SWG off... When should I turn it out and start using it to maintain Chlorine levels? Is it personal preference? I also need to add a little more salt to get to around 3200.

FC: 9
CC: .5
PH: 7.4
CYA: 70
Salt :2400
Temp : 65

It is still pretty chilly here in GA!

The only restrictions for running a SWG are time - it needs 30 days for new plaster to cure - and water temp. I am pretty sure it will run in 65 degrees. I would turn it on and get it going.

Once your pool has completed the SLAM process (are you doing that? With a cloudy pool you should be) then prep to use the SWCG.
