Absolutely! I’d keep it around 78 if I could, but chiller can only maintain low to mid 80s during the hottest part of the summer.

Greetings from the oasis, and Happy Mother’s Day! Water 85 degrees, hot, sunny and breezy. Perfect.

Pool is 60 degrees at the moment. The only one who has been in the pool this year so far is the dog. Need a string of good weather before I think about turning the pool heater on. Nights still get down to the low 40s, so would lose too much heat to be worth it.

49 F degrees this morning and SWG quit working. Fair amount of rain yesterday with nightly temps in 30's is really putting a damper on water temp and more so on my mood haha. Just want to swim, been open since mid April.
Hopefully the weather warms up soon.

We had a week of high 80's temp.. and so the pool temp is starting to creep up. It read 65 Deg yesterday! Alas that is still severe shrinkage temp territory

My pool sunglasses are old so I couldn’t tell it was out of focus! That is Ms. Mingo the pool thermometer.

Our pool temp got up to 78 degrees today with the solar cover on all week. Highs of 88 here towards the end of the week, so the pool water should get nice and warm.

68 degrees here. I was in once at. The kids 4 times for about an
hour. Installing a pool heater. Then I will be ready to swim.

We had a cool snap so I was at 78 this am. Too cold for me!

Hit 73 today and got the first “real” swim of the year in. Two teens, a 7-year-old, and myself. Lasted about an hour.

With the sun shining down it’s not too bad.

Highs in the mid-to-upper 70s for this coming week so hopefully we’re officially in “swim season” for this crazy northerner.
