What would you use 220V for in an outdoor kitchen?

I have a spa on the back porch that’s old and probably not worth salvaging. Thinking about removing it and replacing with an outdoor kitchen. There’s 220V service and a water line under the tub that can be used for the kitchen.
I can’t think of anything I’d need 220 for unless it was a local water heater. It’s not a remote area from the house, so I don’t need a dishwasher there. I wouldn’t install an oven there, I’d set it up with my egg and a nice gas grill.
I suppose the easy answer is convert it to 110V, but I wanted to get some insight from some of you who have outdoor kitchens.
Thanks for your ideas 💡.
