If it has an SWG, you will eventually destroy the cell. If the pool is plaster, the excess sulfate will damage and weaken all cementitious materials. If there is any metal at all in contact with the pool water, crevice and pitting corrosion will be greatly enhanced leading to rust.
Epsom salt doesn’t belong in a swimming pool … ever.
