I'm putting together weights for under my AGP stairs, and I'm going to use 4" PVC pipe that I've already got, fill them with pool sand, and glue caps on either end. What is the right type of waterproof cement/glue for this?
What type of cement/glue do you use for bonding PVC fittings?
