What to use to caulk/sealant around spillover spa jet opening?

Hi,

The caulking around the jets in my spillover spa are becoming very malleable crumbling.

What caulking or sealant should I use?

I was thinking of trying Lexel, but I thought I would ask the experts.

It's not a sealant, it's a gasket. Applying a sealant on the surface is a temporary fix that will not last. I use clear silicone caulk.
