What to do with unused trichlor, Frog bac pac, and MPS?

I am a new pool owner who has adopted the BBB/TFPC methods and accordingly, I don't use the bucket of dichlor, Frog bac pacs, or MPS that the previous owner left in our pool shed.

What should I do with it? Should I hang onto the trichlor in case I ever need to increase my CYA? (It is currently 60)? Hang on to the MPS in case our pool servicer wants to use it for closing the pool for winter? (We have him open and close and otherwise maintain ourselves). Give away the Frog bac pacs? Or sell or give away it all?

These three things I'm considering getting rid of are all in a separate (separately walled off) area of the same pool shed I store my liquid chlorine in, which is why I ask. I don't think these would ever get in contact with each other in normal circumstances because of the separation and limited amount of each product, but I can't completely rule out a tropical storm demolishing the entirety of my pool shed someday and causing a mixture.

Alternatively, I could store these things in separate plastic bins on the opposite end of my property, but that would be closer to where I store the muriatic acid, such that it would be about 20 feet away from the acid and could also feasibly mix in the case of an extreme tropical storm.

Keep the pucks and use them in a floater when you go on vacation or need to increase CYA.
Don't keep the FROG or MPS items. Post them on Craigs list/Facebook/Friends for a nominal amount so that they don't just end up in the landfill.

Those chems aren't scary stored near each other. The big problem is when Muriatic Acid and Chlorine get near each other. No Bueno!!

Hang out in the parking lot of Leslie's and offer them at a discount to some uneducated rube.

Isn't it bad to store liquid chlorine in the same building as trichlor? It says it is bad to store them near each other here because it could result in an explosion: Chemical Storage and Safety - Further Reading

I know they are walled off now, but as I mentioned, I can't completely rule out them mixing if a tropical storm ever took out a tree on my property. (There have been past storms that took out multiple trees on my property and caused damage to the main house, so I can imagine it could happen to the pool house).

You will be happy to hear I store my muriatic acid away from everything else.

Sorry, yes you're right. I wasn't thinking of pucks near chlorine, my mind and reply immediately went to the risk of MA and chlorine.

Avoid any potential mixture of gases and liquids thru accidental spills or aerial mixture.

I store a lot of my stuff in Lowes and Home Depot buckets with lids. A gallon bottle of acid, for example, fits fine. If there’s a tropical storm, they will float. I don’t see much risk of anything mixing if you store one or the other of your unmixables this way.

Be aware that MA has a vented lid (the venting is so tiny you may miss it) and if the gases get near metal, they will rust it out.

Those Lowes/HD buckets are great for things like MA. A few folks here have dropped a bucket or large planter into the ground then use the lid (or drip plate) at ground level to cover it. I find that idea intriguing for near your work shed. Keeps the stuff out of the way of the important things.
