What time to run flower fountain to cool off pool

Last summer, I hooked up 2 cheap flower fountains on my returns and ran them for a period every night. They worked amazing at cooling off the pool. Problem is, I cannot remember what hours I ran the dang things, and now can't seem to dial in the best time for cooling. What do ya'll do?

I'd say whenever you can keep an eye on it if that's a requirement, or when the sound is AOK with everyone, but yeh, whenever the lowest humidity occurs is maximum effect, but also the fountain is extremely effective pretty much anytime. Wind is also beneficial.
