What SWG do you recommend?

Good afternoon everyone. So I’ve decided to convert to salt. I have a Hayward SP2302VSP pump that I have programmed to run overnight at 1900 rpm’s and a jacuzzi sand filter and a 33k gallon plaster in ground pool. Really like the RJ plus 60 for the warranty and ease of installation. A friend recommended a Pentair Intellichlor because he loves his. Am I on the right track or way off course? Any recommendations?

Some others pointed me to this chart when I was looking for a SWG. Ended up with the RJ30+ and happy with it. I don't have any personal experience with anything else, but I tried to follow the ratings in the link below. Also, the DIY warranty coverage for CircuPool was a big factor.

I went with a pure line from in your pool.
3 years and still going strong, never a problem with it and install was super easy.
Warranty is only two years I think but it’s about 6/700 cheaper in cost.
My pool is around 35,000 gals and I have the one rated for 60,000 gals

One other factor to consider is claimed chlorine (gas) production. The RJ60+ produces 3.1 lbs. per day vs. the IC60 at 2.0 lbs. per day. I'm pleased with my RJ45+ installed last July. Probably too soon to comment on reliability, but so far so good.

Just wondering why everyone thinks that the Circupool warranties are so good? They are basically a one-year warranty with a prorated discount on spare pricing.

The Inyo Purline 60KSWG, which is back in stock after a two-year absence has a two-year warranty, produces 3.18 lbs per day, and costs ~600 less. It is essentially the same SWG as the Cirupool Universal.

This looks like a good option for those needing a 60K gallon unit. Great price too. It appears to be the same unit as the Calimar CMARSHA series and (as you pointed out) the Circupool Universal series. It's produced in China and sold under a variety of brands.

I agree with your point on warranties. The differences are more significant when compared against the larger manufacturers that penalize you for DIY installs.
