If it were me, I would run 12 gauge wire, so that there is upgradeability in the future, but I would only use the 15 amp GFCI breakers. That will provide the best protection for your wire and pump. Then in the future, if you need a 20 amp service, the 12 gauge wire will handle 20 amps, and you would only need to upgrade the circuit breakers.
