What material for Fountain Spillway, Salt Pool

Please have grace new pool owner. My pool install is starting today. I am going to build a fountain and looking at spillways. You see 304 stainless all over but I have read it doesn't hold up to the salt water. I then looked at 316 stainless but am now wondering if I go with acrylic. What material would you use. I will have a sacrificial anode as my builder always installs them.

Stone or tile.

Show us pictures of the spillway area.
