New liner is being ordered this week for my in ground pool. If anyone recalls, it split in the fall last year and we got a pool company onboard to change it now that the season is upon us. So, here's my question...

What brand of pool liner to get? We've been looking at Latham, Merlin, and Legacy (Imperial). Does it really matter what brand? Any tips for my first time liner replacement (I'm not installing it)?

As always, thank you for the advice!

Latham, Merlin and Legacy are all major suppliers. Should be fine, whatever you choose.
Tips?
Ask their expectations on pool prep (i.e. who takes the old water out) and other expectations they have.
Will they refinish any vermiculite/flooring?
Make sure that the contract specifies included services like flooring refinish, new skimmer plates etc.
What happens if there is damage that is found? Can/will they estimate and fix? Will they quote/change order on site?
Is there a warranty to their installation (i.e. what happens if there is a leak, not associated with the liner manufacturing, like a drain or skimmer seal?
Make sure you are clear on water fill. Do they do that? Do you? Is there a time limit on fill time? Might consider having water trucked in to speed refill.
