What is this?

What is this? I have gotten this on the outside of my pool almost every morning. I clean it off and comes back next day at random spots. I had it on some pool floats, cover and swim suit after hanging to dry on line over night. Picture isn’t the greatest but it looks like tiny patch of eggs. At times I’ve seen very tiny small wormy things on top edge, which has me looking for these patches to clean off. Pool is clear and good though it’s not in the pool. Just on outside sides near top and other things.
