This might have been asked before, but I am unsure how to search the forum for something I do not know the name of. What are these things near the spa? I assume they are related to the water level in the spa.
I am curious because I noticed the water constantly flowing from the spa to the pool, making the in-floor cleaning system even less efficient. It also creates a constant noise, like something might be stuck inside. The pool bubblers do not seem to have enough power anymore.
So, what are these parts labeled 1 and 2? What are they for, and how can I fix this issue? I have also attached a video (in a zip format that is allowed)
