Hi! I think these might have been stuck on the sides of my above ground pool, looking like tiny bubbles...I turned off my pump for the first time last night abd this morning saw a layer of this in skimmer basket. Here are some pics of the stuff on the rim of skimmer basket and on a left inside basket...I thought maybe pool noodles disintegrating but they are all colored...thoughts? Thx!

)?I think I solved the mystery...I think it’s from foam around a floating basketball goal..does chlorine eats away at that? I found a broken off bigger piece...
I hope you're right. Not familiar with pool equipment and toys. Would pull them all out for a few days and see if your problem is gone.
