What is Bioguard backup test kit

Hi, I found this bioguard backup test kit in my pool shed from the previous owner. Any idea what it is for and how to dispose of it as it’s been sitting around for a long time.

I believe it tests the levels of a Bioguad algaecide.

I would just dump the chemicals down the drain with running water.
