What in the world is going on with these bubbles (video)

Just starting my filter & pump for the first time this year.

Non-stop bubbles.

It looks like the pump is getting a "whoosh" of water, and then it trickles in, then another "whoosh" and so forth.

What could be causing this!?!?!?

That is low water level. Fill the pool to halfway up the skimmer mouth.

I just looked and its a little under half up the skimmer.

Think that little bit is what's causing it?

Positive. I could see it in the video. The skimmer looks like a toilet flushing. The water gets sucked down so far that the pump pulls air and loses prime. Then the skimmer refills because the pump has slowed down, and it primes again and the whole cycle repeats.

Maybe the Weir is stuck? That happened a lot on mine till it trimmed the sides a bit.

The weir is all of the way down. It's low water level.
