Our extra returns were added at no charge and the second skimmer was an extra $275. The price for the saltwater generator seems to be about the same as our builder quoted us. The 24" sheer descent waterfalls for our pool were $750 for two of them, but that price doesn't include a second pump. You didn't mention a spa, so you may not need a second pump. The price on the pool itself with that amount of paving is pretty reasonable compared to what we are seeing here in Houston.

I am assuming where you said "extra jets" you were referring to the returns, the little eyeball sockets where the water comes back to the pool from the pump.
