Newbie here - all around, never had a pool, not a great swimmer - and I jumped right into the deep end.....
One day the wife said, we should get a pool - about a month later we broke ground and 30 days later we had converted our entire backyard into a concrete jungle... Everything was completed minus the plaster and water, was quite impressive how quickly everything came together.
I've heard/read all the horror stories of it taking months to over a year to complete these large projects - which became visible when trying to schedule the plaster for 2 months. Anyway, pool is up and running, I'm trying to figure out how to be a chemist, and the kids are having a great time.
Hoping I can lean on this fine community to help me through the process.
