So I’ve been enjoying my new TF-100 and having good flashbacks to HS chem class (which I liked way better than bio or physics— it had enough math to be analytical, but enough “squishy” things to be interesting).
And I’m realizing the point of chemistry lab was not to turn vials pink or blue— it was to get an indicator as to what was going on that you couldn’t see, but would have an effect on something else.
So... what the heck are the little chemicals in my TF-100 vials? I’m suddenly interested in what fun magic turns my water samples pink & blue & green & clear & cloudy!
I didn’t see any posts on this in my search— I’m sure someone has geeked out on this in the past.
